Frequently Asked Questions

The Berlin Educational Tour costs โ‚ฌ3,200 per participant, all-inclusive. This covers round-trip flights, visa assistance, travel insurance, accommodation, all daily meals, ground transportation, professional guides, 24/7 supervision, all activity and entrance fees, photography package, and souvenir package. There are no hidden costs. We offer a flexible payment plan so families can spread payments over several months.
We handle the entire Schengen visa facilitation process. We provide a complete document checklist, vet all documents before submission, coordinate a group appointment at the German Embassy, guide you through the embassy visit, and handle visa collection. Both parents must be present at the embassy with their child. The process takes approximately 6โ€“8 weeks.
Our programs are designed for students aged 13โ€“18, from upper primary through to high school graduates. We group students by age where possible to ensure age-appropriate experiences.
We create a dedicated parent WhatsApp group for each trip. Chaperones send daily photo updates, activity summaries, and check-ins. You'll also have direct access to a lead chaperone's phone number for emergencies.
This is an educational program, not a holiday. Every day has a structured itinerary with defined learning objectives โ€” STEM activities, university visits, historical site exploration, and leadership sessions. Students engage actively, not passively. There is also time for cultural exploration and fun, but education is always the foundation.
We have comprehensive emergency protocols in place. This includes medical access and travel insurance for all participants, active contact with the local embassy, on-call team members, and pre-identified medical facilities near accommodation and activity sites. Parents are contacted immediately in any emergency situation.
